The Terms of Use agreement is a legal and binding contract all players must first agree to and then adhere to while utilizing SG Interactive’s services. It serves as both an instructional guide on accepted behaviors, and a warning against violations.

Any time an account may be considered high-risk, or has been found to be in violation of the Terms of Use Agreement, the account and any associated accounts are locked for investigation.

Thank you for providing the requested information. This information helps to finalize the investigation associated with the " claytuning " account.

Please be aware that we do not allow violations of the Terms of Use Agreement for any reason, and that is to avoid situations like this.

Any time an account may be considered high-risk, or has been found to be in violation of the Terms of Use Agreement, the account and any associated accounts are locked for investigation.

Should the 7767 error persist after receipt of this message, please use a different web browser, or delete your temporary internet files and restart your computer.

If account access was restored after a potential compromise (Trading/Sharing Accounts, etc), it is advised you change your password to prevent generating the 7767 error in the future.

For some players, a high risk status may be administered due to the use of public computers and IP addresses which are afflicted with the 7767 error. In this instance, accounts cannot be resolved of the 7767 error due to the sheer volume of associated and troubled accounts. For some players using public LAN houses and other means of public access we will absolve the 7767 error as a one-time courtesy. Should the 7767 error occur for those players a second time, we will be unable to resolve the error again.

Your membership is personal to you and you may not transfer or make available Account(s) to others. Any distribution by you of an Account or related information may result in cancellation of the account without refund and additional charges based on unauthorized use.

This applies to two particular aspects: (1) players are not allowed to share access to their accounts, (2) nor play anyone else’s account(s). If we find that account sharing is performed for any reason, all associated accounts will be locked.


Any further violations of the Terms of Use Agreement can and will result in an immediate and permanent account closure.
